NOISEY From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/22/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   NOISEY, noisey. People from other surrounding apartments use the pool all the time. It's like it is a public city pool! (The one by the office is!) Maintenance is quick about "fixing" the problem. It is usually a band-aid fix. Apartment flooded, thank goodness I was there. I had to move my entire bedroom in minutes before all was ruined by water. (maintence was there when the flooding started to happen) Parking is bad. Tennants and their visiting friends do not care whose car they bang into. Neighbors leave trash all over the patio & we have to walk through it and the nasty smell. Complain about it all the time and nothing happens. Security gates a joke. If it is working at all. Wait a minute and someone will come through that doesn't belong. They will let you in! Or wait a minute and you can slide through. Been there almost 4 years and used my gate pass maybe a dozen times. Don't really need one even in the middle of the night.
