Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
the complex is well-maintanied and the landscaping is always looking great. my apartment was very clean and freshly painted when i moved in.
sometimes the area i lived in could get a little loud, especially on weekends. but keep in mind that this complex is huge so there are still some pretty secluded areas.
i had a puppy while i lived there, and unfortunately he tore up the carpet near the front entrance. when i moved out i was pleasantly surprised that the management refunded all my deposits.
if you're moving to dallas, definately consider this place.
