If you want to feel safe do not move here! There is too much crime! I see a different car everyday with its windows broken out. I have heard gunshots on several different occasions, and have seen fights break out in the middle of the night in the parking lot! I have had to call the cops twice due to violent neighbors, and our cars have been vandalized.

Also... the pools suck! They seem to be open to the public. I have seen groups of children dropped off to do as they please with no supervision. You are only allowed a couple guests, well some people believe that entitles them to bring their cousins, cousins, cousins, and their children, and their dogs, and their 14 coolers! By the end of the day the pool is completely cloudy. Everyday. I know, its disgusting!!!

To top it off, the work out facility is a joke! The gates never work, and there is too much construction going on all of the time. Plus H avenue is the shittiest road in all of DFW!!!

The interior is very unattractive, and the walls are paper thin. I can smell what the neighbors are cooking everyday, and stains magically appeared on the carpet after 2 months. G R O S S!

Stay away! Stay far, far away!
