I have been living in these apartments for 2yrs now and I am not very pleased with the ppl that live around me but I am pleased with the maintince and the office staff. There had been a break in right next door to my apartment and the guy that lived there was out of town. I called the apartments and a maintence guy came right over to check it out. He also stayed there with me until the cops showed up, which mind you it took them at the least 45mins to show up. The maintence is really good about fixing things in a timely manner and you always see them around helping ppl and making the aparments look nice by picking up trash and such.
The gates are a mess, they are always broken and it takes them forever to fix them. There has been several notes on my door about breakins, which luckily hasn't happened to us(yet) but it doesn't seem like the apartment managment will do anything to prevent it from happening. There is a security guy that drives around but he only looks around he doesn't even help. I have neighboors that like to hang bongs from their balconies and show them off, I have a one year old son and I don't want him around that kind of stuff. I haven't had any noise complaints with the ppl I live around it is I just don't feel safe.
The parking is another thing there is not assigned parking so it is first come first serve. Sometimes you have to walk a long way just to get to your apartment it sucks.
