I moved in a year a half ago and for the first year and 3 months there was a HUGE roach problem. I have never lived in a place that had that problem and I keep a clean house, so I'm sure it wasn't me. I spoke to the office staff and management many many times about the problem and they did have the apt fumigated several times, but the roaches were still a major problem. When I spoke to the manager about moving to a different unit in the same complex to get away from the problem, she flat out denied my request since "roaches have been a problem since the beginning to time". I also had many noise complaints against people who lived around me. One night the noise from downstairs was so bad that I actually had to leave the apt because after calling the apt courtesy patrol for an hour and a half, nothing was done. Then when I told the management about noise coming from below me during the daytime, she said she went down there to check but since she couldn't hear anything, she couldn't do anything about it. I had to get to her come to my apt just to prove to her that there was noise in the aprt even if she was incapable of hearing it from the outside. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. IT'S AWEFUL!!!!!!!!
