I just visited the Terraces on the Parkway and the new Management Team is amazing and the upgrades are out of this world! Granted there is a lot of work needed for the apartment, but the lead maintenance guy is nice and understanding of the issues. Can't wait to see what this property

Anybody who has live in gp/arlington for more than a couple of years know thats Silverbrook wasnt always in great condition. This was the ghetto before. However i have seen great improvement in these apartments. It is quiet and peaceful ive never had a problem with maintanence not comming out.
