No noise, looks great inside and out, spacious apartments, laundry facility on site, office staff very helpful, etc. After living in several apartment complexes in the area, and visiting many Sugar Creek Apartments 19% Recommended May 07 2008: Management will rob you. Forget about deposit, no one is able to get it back. My deposit was written off for "administrative fee" 2 months later with no explanation. Be prepaired to pay additional $200 a month for hot water Red River Ranch 34% Recommended May 07 2008: I have lived here since 2007 and WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE. I have black mold around the windows and the wood casing around the windows as well. It is horrible and they have never fully repaired it...just spray |
