Do not rely on what the model looks like. This is an older complex, and they easily "dress up" the model. Once I got to my apartment, I found 20 year old appliances (not an exaggeration), cabinet doors that are falling apart, bathroom fixtures that are barely hanging on the wall, etc. I put all of this on the move-in checklist, and they said they would take care of it. Its now 2 1/2 months later, and even with two "reminders" they have done nothing.
Also in two months, the heat has gone out, the a/c has not cooled.
To top it all off, I accidentily short paid my rent (didn't include the water bill). No phone call, just an notice to evict posted on the door.
This group has absolutely no idea how to run a business.
