STAY AWAY

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I lived in Dove Creek and here are my reasons for not staying.....

1)My car was keyed in the parking lot
2)Mold inbetween apartments that wasn't repaired
3)Witnessed a violent crime where a man got jumped in the parking lot in broad daylight.
4)Apartment community unsafe even cops denied free rent to live here.
5)Tons of cats running around and pitbull dogs allowed to chase the cats by their owners.(WHY ARE THEIR SO MANY PITBULLS HERE')
Eventhough it is cheap stay away.
