Management Will Bold Face Lie To You

My water bill is almost 50 for very little usage. I have a two bedroom apartment and it's that high. Strangly enough, the single BR apartments water bills are less than twenty. They say that the pool is on a different meter, yet management, water department, and the Managing company CANT show me a second water meter. So i am paying for my own water, and the refilling of the pool. Pathetic management. I will not be renewing my lease, unless i can negotiate a lower, but fair, rentaln payment.
Below:
1. Parking is first come first serve. Seems like Welcome and Unwelcome guest have priority over the Paying Residents. Head manager says theres nothing she can do about the parking issue, like possibly putting out signs designating a resident and guest parking areas.
2. Noise isnt all that bad, usually.
3. Grounds appearance is nothing special.
4. VERY dark at night. No kind of security, open to anyone wondering, which is all the time.
5. Buildings are literally falling apart.
6. Maintenace people don't really know much of anything about fixing things. Multiple trips required almost everytime.
7. Office staff is polite but NOTHING gets done with a single visit and in a timely manner.
8. Poor service.
9. If my friends couldnt find anything else.
Ask to see your apartment, and READ the lease all the way through before you sign anything, that way you know what your signing.
