Things getting better here

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
Kim recently came on as apt. manager at the beginning of summer 2005, and while the place looks about the same, the morale has definitely changed. She and her staff are much better at answering questions and helping than the pinheads that used to run the place. She also actually lives on site and can be seen walking her dog waving to residents. Completely different than the way it was before. New improvements are instore such as plans to strip the exterior walls and put up new one, which has raised rent somewhat. But to look at this place, I'd say its needed.
