Dove Creek Villas have their problems like any other complex, including people who can't read or are too lazy & throw trash in the recycle bins & a few scumbags. I think some of the people complaining are the ones that the manager has evicted due to their inappropriate behavior and/or non-payment.
They get most stuff fixed, are friendly and the community is small for a complex, making it wasier to handle. The surrounding neighborhood is nice, close to the lake, close to parks and old downtown & close to major highways & the airport without a lot of road or air noise.
Could this older complex use some fixing up' Yeah. But it's the nicest and quietest complex I've lived in over the past 15 years.
