The management for the most part has always been kind and are normally prompt (within a day or two) in responding to maintenance request. The maintenance guy is great at what he does. This place is quite old though but not bad for what we are paying. Parking is never a problem. There is noise, but seems to be more during the day than at night. However, it seems that utilites are sometimes high even during the winter when we hardly used the heat or airconditiong at all we still payed over $200 for a 2,2. Overall, I think I would call this place very average and you are getting a good deal if you decide to lease here as long as your are not looking for a luxury apartment.
