I have also lived here 2 years. I agree with alot of what you are saying. There are a few good points and more bad. Hopefully they will read the reviews and do something about them.
The maintenance is over worked. We have waited for quite some time to get our leak in the kitchen fixed. Supposedly they came in to fix my kitchen light but it is a fire hazard, its worse than it was. I have mold in my bathroom that hasn't been addressed and I stay sick, but am I moving'''' Probably not. I hope they get it all fixed soon. Where else can people rent so cheap anymore with the economy the way it is'
There is also the issue of the doggy station. Its never cleaned and it literally smells when I walk out my door. Alot of the tennants don't pick up after their pets so you need to watch where you walk when you take yours out. Be real careful after dark. Not to lazy to have a pet but to lazy to pick up after them. Some take them by the trees but HELLO, smell carries.. They live in the back side of the complex so they don't care. They 8 of us in front get to walk in it and smell it. Inconsideration of others is not surprising.
As far as the laundry situation goes. We can't get away from rude people. They are everywhere. If they actually had a thought in their head they would realize how they look being so rude. I don't really socialize with anyone in the Apts. My neighbors are nice and I greet everyone I cross and don't worry about responses.
I try to look at the positives more than the negatives because there are so many I get depressed.
Overall you get what you pay for, and right now this is the best we can do.
