We have lived here 8 months now and we will not be renewing our lease. it was just a quick find because we needed a place asap and it was the cheapest in grapevine, and now we know why. The first day we moved in we had roaches, we didn't even move one single thing in yet. The staff are real big airheads. we've had many mistakes with paperwork and rent that could have been fixed easily. Garbage disposal is horrible, makes our apt stink. The whole place is just trashy. Doors suck, we have to slam them to shut them. WIndows also suck, they fall off the tracks, good luck opening them. Parking is horrible. There is one big lot in the back where no one lives so its a walk or a fight for close spots. Don't ever drive fast, the kids like to jump out on purpose. i've had stuff thrown at my car and kids hit it when you drive by and parents don't do a dang thing about it. Even though we did get a discount for being students and where i work, the price still is not worth it. Everything is just old. they need to update it badly. oh and never leave your kids at the pool alone, there is one creepy guy who hits on us every time we go and each time he never remembers us. Don't know if he is on drugs or just drunk all the time.

I have lived here 2 years and just renewed. I agree with the parking and the kids not being addressed but I have never had a single bug of any kind in my apartment. The kid issue is due to lack of parenting. That needs to be addressed with the apartment management. The apartments are in need of updates and the outside does need alot of cleaning up. I haven't had problems with staff other than maintenance doesn't get to your repairs in a timely manner. Its been 3 months now. I just reported it again last week, but staff have been real nice. I keep hoping they will do something about the grounds and kid issues. Hasn't happened yet. I'm thankful my neighbors are nice.
