We have lived here for almost a year and regret almost every minute of it. If it's not the slow maintenance, the mediocre apartments, the indifferent management staff, it's a host of a lot of other factors.

I know what you're thinking, "If it's been so bad, then why have you lived there for so long" and I can tell you the answer: because it's the cheapest place in Grapevine to live and they know it.

The apartment management knows that they have a monopoly in Grapevine and they can be as lazy and as mediocre as they want. We the tenants need them more than they need us. That has to be the ONLY explanation for their lousy maintenance, for their inability to work with you, for their slow solutions to problems, and for their total lack of care for the community.

I hate the fact that it seems like the Management Company, Michael Stevens Interest, pays the Dove Creek Villas to just give you the run around when it comes to problems. Their job is to ensure that every tenant is living in the most comfortable LIVABLE apartment that they have available.

Take it from me, if you're looking in the area, save up some more money and look somewhere else.
