I lived at these partments for 3 years. I actually recieved a note from the pediphile. He actually drew a picture of my 5 year old daughter. He camped outside of my aprtment one might. I called the office, and there was nothing they would do. A few months later, he was outside in the playground falshing kids his private parts, and the office or the police would do nothing. When people would move out, the empty aprtments stayed unlocked, and there were seversl instances of kids going into the apartments, and setting fires. One morning, I went out to my car, and found a guy in my bushes trying to look in my window. When I first moved in, my master bath did not flush properly. It took them a month to come and look at it, and I was told that since I was on an incline, it would never flush correctly. I called the office, and told them that if it did not work, I only wanted to be charged for a one bathroom aprtments, instead of two. It was fixed by the time I got home. One of the maintenaqnce guys came over to fix one of my windows, and was completely stoned. When I move in, they had just painted all of the walls and door frames, and closed the doors. When I opened the doors, they were stuck, and the paint peeled off. When I moved, they did not give me back my deposit, because they said I damaged it. A friend of mine lived across from me in an upsatirs apartment, and never had a working air conditioner. On several occasions, she had to take her kids to a hotel, because the heat was inbearable. They always told her that it was working, but it was impossible for her to cook everynight during the summer due to the heat.
