Our first apartment at this complex had horrible draining problems. We lived upstairs from the office staff and they were the loudest people around. Halfway through our lease a fire forced us to another apartment that was a nightmare from the beginning. It took the office staff 2 months to get us our mailbox keys, so we ended up with many late bills. The office lady just laughed and said she forgot. There are soft spots in the floor so you have to watch where you step. The apartments are so close together that if we want to go out on our patio, we have four other apartments looking down on us less than 10 feet away. Our air conditioning broke and they sent an incompetent man, who decided it wasn't an emergency and took off. It was 95 degrees inside!!!! When we complained they said they would bring us a "portable" air conditioner, but they just brought a window unit, set it up on the floor and left. If my husband and I were not smart and had not turned it off, this window unit would have burned this apartment down. In conclusion, the management seems friendly but they are just blowing smoke up your butt. They are the most idiotic management I have ever encountered. I would never ever recommend this place.
