I live in a second story 2 bedroom right now, My lease is only halfway up and I am planning to move and pay off the lease just to get out of this pit. There are many areas where the floor is about to fall though to the first floor, my nieghbors say they can see me walk from where thier cieling is sagging. The management won't do anything about it. When I first moved in the water was turned off, once it was on both toilets wouldn't flush. After a week I fixed them myself. I had 2 electrical outlets that if you plug something in sparks would shoot out of them, I got a nasty burn from one of them.
Pest control came and I had a tarantula in an aquarium, hte pest control sprayed in the aquarium killing it. The management did nothing. The pool is very nasty, the city keeps making them close and drain it because it is unsanitary. The apartments also cannot control the dog poop. It is all i smell when I go outside, in the sping I couldn't keep my windows open because of the smell. All they do it put notes on everyones doors which does nothing.

I guess I have ranted enough.

I can completely understand and have witnessed many of these things myself. The dog poo is ridiculous. Pest control has NEVER even come to my apartment and I am a stay at home mom.

I don't where you guys are living, but I live at Dove Park, and I had pest control come out and did what I had stated for them to do. And if you had a tran. you should have removed it from the apat. I had one also and we removed her each time we got sprayed.
