This complex has no airs about it. The VALUE is huge - the apts are roomy, everything works (and if problems do occur, maintenance is prompt, expert), mgmt. is warm & capable, tenants very polite, location is glorious.

In light of the relatively low rent, the accommodations, ammenities and services are superior!
