ENORMOUS RENT INCREASES FOR NEW LEASE

The complex screwed up my original apt and put me in a larger one at the same rate, and then promised that they could only increase the rent by $20 and they increased it over $60. They management just blows smoke up you butt if you want or need something, and when I went to go look at my apt for the first time, there was a dead rat outside my apt, and they said it wasn't an emergency to pick it up. The make-ready was horrible, and I have to stay here because of the school across the street. Look around, and don't get trapped.

One thing I have learned *at by age 20* get everything in WRITTING! I knew when I signed my lease, that my rent would go up, it was in WRITTING, and my how much, and was cheaper than the qouted rent when I re-newed my lease.... be smart.... WRITTING is soild, words aren't.
