The manager Jamie and leasing agent Tennelle are always warm and friendly. This is much appreciated because everyone who is the office staff does not show this same customer minded attitude. All the maintenance personnel have been very helpful and always have a smile on their face. thank you for that!

The community has a lot of curb appeal but is a bit difficult to get around in due to the stairs that are everywhere you go. The gutters could use a good cleaning but it's fall so it isn't the staff's fault. It's an older well maintained property and other residents need to realize that there will be problems in an apartment and in houses. Nothing is perfect.

I personally would like to see the gates be gone all together but I'm sure I am the minority on that. I think they are a pain but I knew that when I moved in.

Overall it is nice place to hang your hat.
