I have lived in Grapevine for a long time and wouldn't ever think of leaving. We live literally in the middle of everything, but far enough away to not have to deal with too much traffic! Anyways, I was definately at a crossroads when my husband and I recently divorced and sold our beautiful home. Driving home from work one day I passed Dove Park and by chance walked in. Immediately I was welcomed in and left feeling as if I gained some new friends. Needless to say I have lived here now for eight months and really love my home! I just wanted to share incase someone else out there is in the same situation and could use some advice. I'm a single mom too. I don't live ther yet, but I'm gonna get there as fast as I can. I was driving by and happened to notice it was right across the street from the elementary school. So I decided to look inside. The management was very very professional and inviting. She then informed me that the school bus also picks up at the elementary to go to the middle school and high school. Couldn't be better. It's a gated community and very clean and updated. And its literally 2 minutes from our dentists, doctors, and a grocery store. What more could you ask for? Free rent?

Hi, I actually used to work at Dove Park about 1/2 a year ago. I would recommend the apartments to anyone. They are great in size, location and the staff is fantastic. The leasing agent is incredible and the manager definitely knows how to manage her asset. Don't be scared off from anything that you read...usually people write things when they are upset. It's unfortunate.

I am a single mom also, and to me even though the school is right across the street, there is not much traffic, *I used to live near a school, and we couldn't even get out of the driv way!* I have had my problems, but I also understand that it was my doing. It is quiet at night, I don't have problems parking. And I love the office staff...
