At first the staff was excellent, very friendly and caring. As long as you stay on their good side and don't ask for anything, they will be very nice. But if you happen to make them angry, especially a certain manager, she will do what she can to make your stay there misreable. My toliet barely flushes, there are roaches and my breaker box almost caught on fire. I actually saw a guy come to a manager while she was showing an apartment and he said that his place was full of smoke. She looked at him and said, "Did you call the fire department'" turned around and continued talking with the potential clients. I have lived there for a year and a half and I would not recommend. All my friends have moved or are in the process of moving, as am I. Not recommended.

Well first of all, if you have smoke in your apartment, common thinking call the fire dep. ! what is the apt. manj. to do, huff and puff??
