So after reading some of the reviews, I have no problem saying that some of it is blatant crap. If rent is an hour late you have to pay a fee' Uhm, for rent to be an hour late you'd have to pay it at 1:00am on the 2nd, and that indeed would be considered late. Oh, and the office isn't open at 1:00am either. You can only pay with a money order' I pay with a check on the first of every month. Yes. On the FIRST. Because paying on the 2nd would be paying late. I myself have never had anyone park in my parking spot and I would certainly expect the management to do something about it. The complex has more than ample parking so I don't understand why anyone would park in someone else's spot. As for the people who are saying that the staff is rude: they may be "rude" if you pay rent late, act like a jerk, or constantly whine about a problem that you caused yourself. I've lived here since August of '06 and everyone has always been extremely nice to me. Jamie and Tanielle (sp') are two of the nicest people I have ever met.

Cons: Maintenance was really crappy when we first moved in, the water heaters are tiny and suck up a lot of electricity, the dish washer isn't energy efficient either, Maintenance mows the lawn at 8:30am when I'm trying to sleep, some of the residents think it's okay to let their kids run around the parking lot constantly, you can hear water going through your neighbor's pipes.

Pros: Maintenance has gotten much better and are all very nice people, great space for the price, I never feel like I'm going to get mugged in the parking lot, I love the staff, most of the resident are really great people, the apartments themselves are really nice and well-kept other than the occassional tiny dip in the floor- which I kind of expect from any apartment.

All in all, I'd recommend it to a friend.

I've lived here since 2004. Only reason I do is it's close to work and cheap. Maintenance sucks. I'm actually writing this as I'm waiting for them to come and fix my broken freezer... for the third time in a month. And they can't fix a leak in my bathroom. It keeps coming back. And I've given up on them fixing my dish washer. The management is decent, she's nice. But her staff are morons. They've lost checks I've written them (then told me to cancel it and write them a new one, which I did, only to find out that they had in fact deposited the first check after all. It was refused by my bank, because I had put a stop on it - like they told me to do! And then they tried to get me to pay a late fee because it took them forever to get the payment (which was made a day early, like always) figured out. Oh, and how did I find out about them losing the payment in the first place? Yeah, with an eviction notice taped to the inside of my door one day when I came home from work. Weeks went by before anyone said anything about not having a payment.) Neighbors are always letting their dogs poop in the courtyards where children play. Dogs over the weight limit are never removed as they should be. People do in fact park in other's reserved parking spots. I know it for a fact. I've written notes and stuck them on several windshields personally. The front gate is always jamming. Idiots keep driving out the entrance gate and in the exit gate (sounds innocent enought but it's annoying when I'm trying to drive through it and I can't because they are going the wrong way.) Uncaring parents let some of their kids play outside - yelling and screaming - into the wee hours of the night. I don't like it here. I just live here until I can find something better.
