I moved into this property as a single mom. Everyone in the staff has helped in every way that they could. I feel safe living here with my baby. I just got a roommate and adding her to my lease was not difficult. I don't have a problem calling or going to go in to the office and asking questions. They are always answered. Being a single mom, I felt safe, but it was only temporary. There was a man stalking and flashing his provates to children in the playground. And them one day, I cought one of the residents peeping in my window, watching me get dressed. I had the blinds open about four inches from the bottom, and then man literally had to lay on the ground by my aircondition unit, and look up. I found out who he was, and contacted the police and the manager. What management told me was that perhaps he was looking for someone, and was checking to see if he had the right apartment. There was nothing the police could really do, and I had to see this man every time I took the trash out. Once, an apartment was left unlocked by management/mantainance, and some of the kids that lived in the complex, went in a set a fire. Just be careful.

The Grapevine Police are the best so i find it hard to belive that they did not care, perhaps they were not provided enough information or the fact that you saw the person again, did you file a report?
