Overall that apartment was very nicely sized, and the office staf was very nice and answered every question that I had. The location could not be better, right across from a school, and a few blocks from a grocery store, but it went down hill when I moved in. The day I went in to sign the lease, it had just changed management. They tried to increase my rent, but I had the original agreement so that they had to abide by it. I was also told my rent would increase no more than 20 a month after the first year, but they tried to bump it up to what they had originally tried to charge me, which was 100.00 more, but they backed down to the 20 a month when I told them I would just move out. I lived in these apartments for over four years, and each year, it seemed that they changed management. Once I had plumbing problems in the master bath, which everytime they tried to fix it, they said that they couldn't becuase I lived on the slanted part of the complex, whatever that meant. I could not even use the bathroom for 4 months. It was only fixed, becasue I told them that I was paying for a two bedroom two bath, and I was going to start reducing my payments to reflect the lower rent, and it was fixed the same day.

I had an apartment right by the playground, and I could not even walk on the small patch of grass outside since everyone had there dogs crapping there. It was impossible for the kids to play. Everytime they came in, I had to clean the poop off of thier shoes. Which is not really at the fault of the oweners, but they could reinforce or fine people who break the rules.

The people that worked there were just plan lazy. When I moved out, they tried to charge me some enormous cleaning charge, and when I asked for details, and pictures, they could not find any records that I even lived there, becasue I definately had pictures of whet that partment looked like before and after. But they told my mortage company that I moved out with a balance, and when the company tried to get more details, the apartments couldn't provide any

I have lived in many of apartment complex's, over the past several years, and this was by far the worst.

Do yourself a favor, and go look someplace else. They screw you over when you live there, and even long after you are gone.

I have lived here for 4 years and have face all of the problems you speak of. My problems started when we came to sign the lease and I told my husband we should have cut our losses right then and there but...we put a deposit on a larger floor plan then what we got. The apartment was not clean, the dishwasher has not worked since we moved in and the maintenance staff keep "leveling" the dishwasher which does nothing. We have received notices that we are being charged a fine for letting our dogs poop in the grass and not picking it up... we don't have pets. We got a notice for leaving children's toys in front of our door, we don't have kids. And if I have to move the kid next doors things from in front of my door again I am tempted to start throwing it away. We live near the playground and there are kids out there at 10:30 to 11:00pm on week nights being loud and playing. I could keep going and going. We are looking to move as soon as possible. I would not recommend these apartments to any one, not even to get the referral bonus.

if you don't want to hear children playing outside how about moving away from the playground.

I dont think that moving moving away from the playground will do any good either, its all over the complex and besides, what are children doing out until 10:30pm - 11:00pm in the evening on school night!!! I agree, the $200 referral does not move me at all to refer anyone to move into this complex!!!
