You're someone who must live on the first floor, and you DONT MIND TONS AND TONS OF NOISE COMING FROM UPSTAIRS!!!!! Odds are about even that you'll either get someone living above you who's courteous and takes into consideration that someone is living below you, or else you'll get tenants like we have above us who don't give a care and stomp around all of the time, run around chasing their dogs while yelling and screaming, constantly throw things, and frequently move their furniture around and subsequently drop it back to the floor. Some of it is the apartments. They are old, and the floors creak very loudly, even if the people are just walking. I pray all the time that no one comes crashing through my ceiling. But these people, whoever they are, need to live on the first floor level. They are way too loud and rambunctious to live above anybody. And I know for a fact that we're not the first tenants that they've upset.

sunshine, that was oh about 3 inches max. You think these structures are able to take spring storms or any weight? You can see exactly the damage when leaving this place. It was rusted and poorly done. I expect to see a few more go down during this spring's storms. Are we protected by this apartment's insurance? I have no idea. No official word on the numerous parking coverings failing has gone out.

curious and very interested to know if the covered parking structures have been fixed? I am considering this complex for renting.

If you are considering living here... DON'T It's horrible the staff has recently changed and they are VERY rude the rental rates are WAY too high for how crappy it is and my electric bill is through the roof and I am very conservative with it.
