I just moved in and everyone has been so nice! There is a new manager and she has been so helpful. I am going through a divorce and everyone in the office has been so willing to help me get everything in order. The customer service I have received is more than I could have asked for. My new apartment is so nice. (I got the upgrades) I would definately recommend this place to anyone looking in Grapevine. I love it!
