When I first moved in the office staff was great. I sometimes have to pay my rent late and the fees are more than any other apartments I have lived in, there is just no forgiveness. The new office staff is horrible at returning phone calls or following through with what they are supposed to do. There are teenagers who think that the front of my apartment is a make out spot. They are loud and obnoxious. the maintance staff is wonderful.
