I lived here for a yr and the management that was there when I moved in was great and if there was any maintence issues or any complaints they made sure they took care of the problem in a decent timing. Then new management took over and everything went down hill. The security gates (gated community)are still broken, they were suppose to be fixed 15 months ago, constant break in's in people's vehicles, parking issues, assults happening in the complex, a girl got raped right across the street from this complex, and my apt was only 900 square feet, why would I have a $325.00 electric bill' I called them 6 times in less then 2 months to come and fixed my ac unit b/c it kept flooding my kids bathroom, and it was out of frion and I am still having to pay the bill for their laziness. Then a month before I give my 60 day notice they say "oh well you have to give us written notice of the situation and we will get to it as soon as we can" they NEVER asked that before and if that was the case then why didnt they send out a "memo" of the policy change of procedures' Everytime it rained it flooded my windows b/c the window frames were jacked and didnt lock, they claim they did pest control but there were roaches EVERYWHERE. Then I move out a week early after paying them the fulls months rent and cleaned the apt to where you can eat off the floor and I get this bill b/c I didnt repaint the apt walls and it does not say in the contract that was signed that the apt was to be repainted and it was freshly painted when I moved in and it looked freshly painted when I moved out.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. Poor management and they are trying to stiff people for whatever they can. Yes it is a low income property but come on this is stupid!! I am being pentalized for their laziness and now I have to come up with 325.00 to pay for an electric bill that should have been less then 100.00. )My new place is ten times bigger and its 114.00) I was hardly ever home and it was always left on 78-80. I have lived in many apts and I have NEVER recieved a bill of any amount to clean or repainting needed. I am 30 yrs old with 2 kids, so yes the place will get a little lessed up, but come one, it common wear and tear. But a 300.00 bill to repaint' WHATEVER!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!

If any of you become victims of "rent concessions" please contact me at screwedbymansions@sbcglobal.net. These fees are illegal. If you know of anyone that has been charged rent concessions, please give them this e-mail address. Breach of contract(breaking a lease) people are welcome to respond!
