Don t move in the office will over charge you when you move out Stacy is the queen of over charging She added $ 1600.00 to my bill and she even charged a man who died out at the lakes account Over $1530.00 and she charged his account for stuff she did not bill for!!!! Stacy also over charged people for their water bills!! If I could do it over I would have never moved to the lakes. She also charged a mother with two children $1500.00 please look another place. If any of you become victims of "rent concessions" please contact me at screwedbymansions@sbcglobal.net. These fees are illegal. If you know of anyone that has been charged rent concessions, please give them this e-mail address. Breach of contract(breaking a lease) people are welcome to respond!

I lived here for 4 months back in 2005 & I personally think that $650 for a dinky 2 bedroom is way too much for this place. I now "owe" them like $7,000 for the rest of my lease since I moved out early - just not worth it at all, I have no intentions of paying themn a dime either, they were very rude the whole time my family & I were there. I should have looked into this place a little better

The office does not charge your water bill. There is no way that they can over-charge you. It is allocated to the number of people that you have on your lease. If you had someone move out and did not take them off the lease or something like that its your problem. And if you leave your place in a good condition your move out charge shouldn't be that high. And if you skip out on your lease of course you are going to have outrageous charges. That's common sense. It would be the same with any apartment complex. Whoever is posting these negative comments must not know how to be a responsible adult.

This is true, I lived there like 6 or 7 years ago. My mom says they charged her when she left too. My mom is a very responsible adult. When she leaves an apartment alot of times it looks better than when she moved in. They're just tryin to get money.
