I was a tenant at lakes of williamsburg ...the staff is rude, and they lie about your water bill every month....and not to metion they stole from me/
When I informed them I would be moving everything was good. WHen that time eventually came , I had no help in moving my stuff, just lost my job and had NO MONEY. I did what I could with the help of friends,but I left some things in the apartment with plans on returning in the morning to do a final clear out and GUESS WHAT- Stacy the apartment manager locked me out and refused to let me in to get my stuff over a 45 dollar water bill that I owed! She then told me she placed the stuff out on the curb since I didnt pay the water bill.
Then she placed a 1400.00 collection on my credit for paint and carpet( all apartments must do this when a tenant moves out, they are not suppose to charge you to do that...that is what they collect rent for everymonth)-This place is trash!
Horible place to live- Dont waste your time-
Stacy- you are a horrible, selfless brat! One day you will get what you deserve.
I hope someone does to you what you have done to the SEVERAL people that have moved out.

Yes...lets do that! There is alot of discrimination that has taken place - and they need to know that what they have done is not right!

Your so right one day she will get back what she has done to families and children!!!!!!! one day the outside will know the hell at the lake's Please save your money, time, housing, and we all should get together and take the lake's to court
