I have been looking around for an apartment in Grapevine for the past month and the Lakes of williamsberg out shines all the other apartments in that price range. I love the grapevine area because it is close to 121, 360, and 114 and The Lakes of Williamsberg is seconds from all three. The apartments are very nice, the leasing agent told me that they are putting in all new carpet and appliances in every apartment this year and they just put on new roofs and installed new a/c's in every apartment. The apartments across the way are comperable in price but don't even compare when it comes to quality. You are lucky to find apartments this inexpensive in the Grapevine area. I'm so glad I came accross the Lakes of williamsberg! You should definately check them out!!

just wait till you stay there awhile, the office staff told me the same thing and it ended up not being true!! there is alot of crime and vandalism in that area! cars getting broken into, people getting raped in the laundry room, ect. Be careful and watch your back! they are inexpensive for a reason, and then they will hit you up on serious charges when you move out!! I am not the only one who will inform you on this. Be safe!!!!

agreed. they paint a lovely picture but once you've been here and had a car broken into or been assaulted at the front gate (happened to me a few years back)you will wish you had thought twice... and once you do move out dont plan on getting any deposit back... you'll be lucky if they dont charge you an extra thousand for good measure. this review was probably written by staff
