I've lived here for 3 years now and our lease is up on May. Luckily we found a new place to move into. This place is horrible! Management is really bad! They charge you to use the fax machine when i thought that was part of the amenities. They charge you 25 dollars for a gate key when the gate never worked. When we renewed our lease last year they told us they are in the process of getting the gates to work, its been a year and its still not working. They say that this place is newly renovated just because they painted it different and put gutters. They also did a "rehab" it means new carpet, new paint and new appliances but to our expense. We had to pack and move our stuff for them to paint the apartment and put new carpet, we had to miss work for this. Trash pick up is suppose to be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday but trash is left out everyday of the week. There's offensive graffiti on the walls we requested that to be cleaned up and its been 6 months the graffiti is still there they said it wasn't for them to clean its the city. The manager Jackie Ricks is not very friendly. My sister came to visit and her car got broken into we called the cops but nothing was done about it. What good are the gates' Oh yah thats right they don't work. What good is the crime watch meeting they have' The cap for our tire gauge got stolen. Now they have a special refer a friend for 400 dollars and that 99 move in special. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
