My son and I lived there for eight years because of the nearby excellent schools. The office employees were helpful and pleasant, especially Nancy. The maintenance was completed promptly and professionally. I even called them once at 2 am with an emergency and the maintenance man, I think his name is Larry, was there within 15 minutes and in uniform. I never saw or heard of any crimes in the complex, and always felt very safe. During the eight years, we had two loud neighbors, but they left fairly quickly. Otherwise, it was a very quiet complex. The rent is higher than the other apartments in the area, but I felt it was worth it.
