lincoln vineyards has been one of the better apt living experiences i've had in dfw. the management is great, parking is ample (wish the covered spots were closer) and since it's family oriented you don't have idiots blasting their car stereos in the middle of the night. the only real negative i could list would be the insulation; the AC seems to work overtime here to cool the apt down in the summer so you should definitely expect higher electric bills ($200-300/mo for a 2-bedroom). Personally I think it's worth it in exchange for a little peace and quiet, though! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
