I suppose you get what you pay for. While the rent is average and it appears to be a safe apartment complex, the apartments are not in good shape. The cabinents are old and discolored, some of the wood in the bathrooms are rotting. The fridge leaks and the heating/airconditioning unit blows cool air in the cold of winter and warm/hot air in the scorching summer. The care of the apartments themselves are very poor... its obvious that the management staff do not live on the premises... I am sure if they did the would take better care of the complex. Also, due to the fact that many of the residents are not good english speakers, it doesn't seem like they complain enough when maintenance is needed in a hurry. If you can afford it, live somewhere else.
