I have lived here for a couple of years... this apartment community has always been very average. For some reason, they are fond of cutting the water off at least once or twice per month to temporarily fix some type of leak (which is ridiculous). One very important change, though, is the quality of the residence. When I first moved here there were many families ... mostly Hispanic. Very quiet, no problems, no police. Many of these families have since moved on and now there is another element that has moved it (PWT). There are cops on the premises at least once per week. Many of the residence are not as nice as they used to be. I smell pot a lot and am hearing a verbal screaming match outside at least once per month. I don't have children ... if I did I would have moved a long time ago. The management staff has changed in the past yr and with it the quality of the people who are living here. Don't make this your home unless you have no other choice.
