Reading some reviews and knowing I have lived here for 7 years can't believe some one would be upset about laundry rooms knowing its states on the walls that you are responsible for calling in repairs. Guess they don't have a life. As far as management they try to do there best in keeping up a older property like this.. It looks better than ever.

I have lived here since January. I had roaches from day one and have made several complaints. I even had them spraying every week for 2 months and the outcome was still the same. It is Mid summer and my electric bill has skyrocketed and the office personnel say that there is nothing they can do about it and ignore the issue. I have explicitly showed them my digital thermostat registering a whopping 82 degrees and 8 pm . .RIDICULOUS!!
