Good Price but you get what you pay for

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2007
 
I have lived here over 8 years, at first they were fantastic and always stayed full with long time residents. Now however after an owner change and management change things have rapidly declined. Noise, parking, kids running all over the place, people out untill 3:00 am partying, and who cares no one here at the management.
