If your looking for a place that has running water you'd be better off living at a Grapevine camp site. Your water will be shut off unexpectedly, and if you need hot water (when its running) give yourself at least 30 min of running the water before you can take a shower. If you need entertainment just walk around the parking lot and you can hear every conversation through paper thin walls. And while your in the parking lot take a look at where you parked because your vehicle may not still be there.
