I am a current resident and as soon as my lease is up I'm gone. I will write reviews and tell everyone I can...DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have not had hot water since December! They say they cannot find the problem! BULLSH**! They have even by cited by the City Building and Code Inspector! The water is turned off for repairs at least once a week. Pest control is nonexistent! Maintenance requests - Yeah right! I asked to have the weather stripping replaced all around my door - the guy replaced my door knob. There is something in the walls scratching around during the night and management office told me there is nothing they can do as long as it doesnt come in my apartment. When I had to renew my lease (believe me, didnt want to but I have no option to move away just yet) my lease amount was increased $95!

Laundry facilities - you are better off taking clothes to a laundromat. No W/D hookups in almost all units - they don't even know which units do have W/D hookups!

This place just sucks! Everything from maintenance, management, utilities, energy efficiency, cleanliness - its all bottom of the barrel!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN EVEN LOOKING HERE!
