After two years of apologies,I am ready to move on. It's a old property. They are quick to apoligize but that's all you can expect. At what point does sorry not cut it anymore' I don't really blame the ladies at the office. The problem is just to big for them to handle.
After the management goes home at night you can expect about 20-30(no exageration)-------- in the pool. All wearing cutoffs and diapers. You can really tell the next morning by the cloudy water. The pool is often closed because of this. Lots of -------- here. They don't really cause trouble but at night you can cout 30-40 of them hanging around the parking lot with their BBQ's and Tejano music.
I will say Chris the maintenece guy busts his tail to keep things clean.

I completely agree with you. The water problem, the loitering in the parking lots, the trash and car parts left over under the carports from people fixing their cars while drinking and "having a party", and then there's a constant roach problem and now what sounds like racoons in the attic and walls...I am out when my lease is up.

I lived there too with the same problems. Roaches, water, trash. Nasty place.

i can not agree more !!not just that !! somebody was shot at the parking lot some time a go and lots of traffic drugs and marihuana users !!u can tell just walking through the place stinks!!drinking guys at night with loud music (police patrolling??? zero)trashy place ,full of --------- people, managment bad at costumer service provided by the unexperienced and moody manager natalia castano and the young lady priscilla always in the phone or smoking !! what a team!!not recomended at all guys,just waiting 4 my lease is up i am out of here!!
