I have lived at Montelena for over four years and I have nothing BAD to say about the WONDERFUL staff and the BEAUTIFUL apartments. Every one in the office knows me by my name and not just by an apartment number. When I was young and in college I learned my lesson by not cleaning my apt. very well during a move out. Well, needless to say I did not get my deposit back and I was very upset. So I called the apt. community in Denton and they told me that they had pictures. So a good rule of thumb is to return the apt. in the exact same condition you recieved it and READ YOUR LEASE AND ALL ADDENDUMS. If you are an adult and take care of business you will not have any problems. It's my opinion that everyone who is complaining about Montelena has not taken responsibility of their obligations. The Montelena staff (Lisa, Christi, Angela, and Meygan) are the most generous staff I have ever had to deal with. I love it here and would recommend Montelena Apts. to everyone! To those of you who are complaining I say GROW UP!!!!!
