A couple months ago I almost signed a lease here, and I am SO happy I didn't! When I toured the apartments they wrote the prices on the floorplan brochures. When I went to go sign the lease, they raised the price of the apartment by $30/month! When I confronted them about it, they denied that they quoted me the lower price, even though I had the brochure in my hand with HER handwriting on it!
If they treat you that way BEFORE you sign a lease, I am afraid of how they will treat you after you are locked in!
