When I moved in, my apartment was infested with fleas! When I told them, they just sent their maintenance guy out to spray. It didn't work. So, they sent him out again, a full WEEK later. And that didn't work. And then FINALLY, they gave me bug bombs to use. I had to vacate my apartment all day.

And when I moved in, I developed a sore throat for a solid month. I thought I was sick or something, but then I noticed a musty smell in my bedroom. It was mold! I told the apartment management, and they took FOREVER to deal with the problem. I moved my mattress into my living room because I'd get sick even going in my bedroom for 5 minutes.

They didn't offer to move me or compensate me for ANY of this.

And then during winter, my heater went out. I called them at 9am on a week day. I hear nothing from them all day. When I get home from work at 7pm, I find that the heater is NOT fixed. I called the emergency maintenance line, and they finally get a guy out after 9pm. He tweaks with it for a few minutes and finally says he can't fix it until the morning because he needs a part. So I'm stuck in my apartment with no heater and it's 35 degrees outside' Are you KIDDING'!

I call them the next day and the management says "Sorry, I wrote the wrong apartment number down." And that's it. So, I get an apology from the management, but that's it. This is ridiculous!

And never mind my neighbors that constantly scream at each other next door, or the fact that you have to pay the rent on the first or you get fined $50. Yes, there is NO GRACE PERIOD.

This place is terrible and the management is incompetent. I hate it here.
