We signed a year lease here and rented a two bedroom, two bath apartment. We are down stairs and the upstairs neighbors are VERY loud. We have had to call the apartment 3 times about it and nothing was done. We just don't bother calling them anymore since nothing has or will be done about it. We are paying 850 per month (plus $10 in pet rent per month for a 6 lb dog!). We have had a horrible ant problem and we keep our apartment very clean, we can not figure out why they keep coming back. They get into our dogs food so we have had to throw out a decent amount of his food which is a waste of money. Also, the guest bedroom toilet continuously runs. We have had to call them out to fix it twice which needless to say, it is not fixed. The water bill is another issue, they never seem to be consistent when the bill is sent out. The staff kisses your butt once a year when the customer service surveys are due.

We, too, have the ant problem and the problem with the staff... and a problem with a toilet that continuously runs. Do we live in the same apartment? The ant problem is ridiculous, and the staff always acts surprised when we complain about it. They're in the shower, the windows, the kitchen, everywhere. When we moved in, it looked like the make-ready crew spent about two minutes in here, doing little more than changing out the light bulbs- except two that were burned out. It was filthy, toilets weren't even cleaned. In short, this place sucks.
