I have lived at Montelena for about a year with my fiance and our daughter and we wish we'd seen this site before we moved in! When these people complain about the ant problem, that's a HUGE understatement. We've complained numerous times over the last 11 months and we still have ants (and silverfish, spiders and some other kinda bug that I don't know what it is) everywhere. But mostly ants. We are, or should I say my fiance is, very ---- about keeping our place clean and no matter what we do or how often we complain we can't seem to get a break from the ants. I'm afraid we're gonna bring them with us when we move!! It's absurd! They're in our bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, pantry, kitchen, DRYER, they're EVERYWHERE! So if you don't mind ants running the apartment, move on in.
