AKA "The Oaks" -- great place so far

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
This is my first apartment after moving out of my college town, and it's been a great experience so far. I've had no noise problems (whew!), and the staff is super cool.
The cabinetry and fixtures all seem to be new, as if they were recently replaced, which was particularly important when I was looking for a new place. I also like how convenient it is to shopping and restaurants nearby, but without being in the middle of a commercial area. I wasn't originally planning on living in Grapevine for long, but that ended up keeping me here.
The only problem I've ever had here was with maintenance when I first moved in (the guy was very creepy), but new maintenance was hired soon after that and I have never had another problem.
It's probably the best apartment I've ever had. They seem to stay pretty full, so good luck getting one for yourself -- I'm not giving mine up! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
