It's a little pricey but the standard of living is pretty nice here. Electic bills are a bit bad, even for a one bedroom "efficieny". Maintenence wise... I had a few large leaks in my house that were causing serious drafts which to no avail was fixed by maintenence, I fixed them myself. I've never had any problems with neighbors and it is a fairly safe neighborhood. The property has been under constant renovations since I moved in and it's a bit of a hassle but when their finished it will look great.
